Rover v8 4.6 piston identification

Post by n1tr0_9 »

Is anyone able to identify these pistons? They came out of a 4.6, but im trying to work out what compression ratio they are as the engine number has been ground off.

They look like 4.6 low compression pistons but I cannot be sure - you can try measuring the volume of the dish - if it is less than 30cc it is hi comp and if it is over 30cc if is lo comp (I cannot remember the actual volumes - 2somthing is hi comp, 3something is lo comp.
