TVR 400 Engine spec

Post by James 33 »

Hi. I have a Tvr 400 engine that im currently building a trike around. Its a Serp engine of i think 94 vintage and i was wondering ifanyoneknows what was done to these by Tvr. I can see it has duel valve springs and im guessing a Cam of some sort. It still has EFI but im going to get a Weber 500 carb for it as will be easier and more water proof for the Trike.
Ive also converted it to 4speed Auto using a ZF4hp22 Gearbox from a 3 series Bmw fitted with a Rangerover bellhousing and Torque converter.

The engines only done 45k so hopefully in good health, certainly looks it from what I can tell. Going to be using the Edelbrock duel plain inlet and I've made my own exhausts that I'm hoping will work well.
