I just cant understand it, striping down engine why cant I see much damage to the bearings, in the strainer you can see quite a bit of copper and I would say about the same amount has been cleaned from sump, where has it all come from, bearings 3-4 are wore but it is just not enough, the crank has burn marks which can be repaired as it isn't scored, I was expected something with more damage for the amount of copper fillings and the noise the engine made from video..
Any suggestions where its come from

Presumably a regrind and a new set of shells will sort that out?

Yes crank can be reground.

I can believe that noise and all that copper from those big ends bearings they are in awful shape 8) I would get those journals miked up too, 5 & 6 rod journal dont look healthy from here :?

I have opened my Accusump and it is a piece of cake. You can´t really damage the O-rings unless you are extremely careless. With that much crap I would clean everything, remove the oil gallery plugs etc and double check that it is really 100 % clean.

As for the crank, looks like it needs a regrind.

If you have taken those BE's shells down to the backing steel I am not surprised by that amount of material.
