14 CUX Throttle Pot Sensor

Post by Robrover »

The OEM TPS can and does fail albiet after 60 to 80k. ERR2263 is no longer available. What's out there that works?

Do you know the track resistance? There are generic TPS out there and one might be suitable. You'd look for them from firms who sell aftermarket injection like MegaSquirt.

We did source a replacement from RS components for the one used on the flapper injection, which required an adaptor plate made. But sadly that appears to be no longer available. Such things these days tend to be electronic rather than a simple pot.

I think throttle closed needs to be 0.30v and WOT about 4.90v - 5.0v.
