stand alone engine wiring diagram 3,9 disco engine

Post by roverv8bay »

G'day all. I'm building a mid engine roverv8 powered VW bus. The engine is out of a 95 disco 3.9 serpentine with no cats. I would really appreciate a wiring diagram to suit the engine alone no accessories air steer cruise control. purely enough to run the engine. Thanks for any information forth coming. Being in Australia it's hard to get an easy read manual as our disco's vary in some wiring.

You'd need to say which version of the RV8. Big difference between carb and injection ones. And between injection systems.

Two posts up will give you the tune resistor colours you will need

Ian, do you know if that info for the resistors is also applicable to the '99 GEMS P38 Rangie engines?
Or will that engine require specific fiddling?
Cheers,
John

You'd be wasting your time fiddling with the GEMS engines. They are super complicated.

Chris.
