Thor coils

Would the Thor wasted spark coils work ok with an EDIS module? Reason for asking is they seem cheaper used than Ford ones, and use a much cheaper LV connector.

I'm using Bosch coilpacks with my EDIS 8 and that works well so they don't need to be ford coilpacks, not sure what brand Thor ones are though.

I will be firing up a EDIS8/Megajolt with GEMs coil pack in the next few days and will report on the result.
Not sure if Thor and Gems coil packs are electrically similar.

I am running Thor coil packs on EDIS8 and have been doing so for some years. No problems.

Also it is worth noting that the same coil pack (albeit just the one) is used on some Fiat engines, so a scrapyard trawl can save a few quid.
