Dodge to Ford T5 clutch help

Hello all
Im in the process of mating a 10 spline American Ford T5 to a 318 Dodge small block.
I know I need a 10.5 in clutch and I plan use a 10 spline 10.5 Mustang clutch plate and a 10.5 Dodge dart pressure plate.
My question is, has anyone done this before and will it work?
As I don't know if the centre part of the Ford plate will clear the inner part of the Dodge pressure plate?
