G19A gearbox remote selectoor part

Hi,
I've got an LT77 G19A manual gearbox with a shortened remote selector. I'm looking for the insert that sits in the yolk that connects to the selector input shaft that engages with the bottom of the gearstick.
Help - any ideas?
