Sounds silly but is the oil pick up pipe secure/bolts tight to the engine block & gasket in place? is the oil pick up strainer clear & is this result with a new oil filter fitted? :(

NGK BPR6E or BPR6ES I would not use Champion on my lawnmower just my cents worth I have witnessed just 2 NGK plug failures in 24 years of fitting them,but seen countless Champion/Bosch failures :) if you cant get NGK then use the Denso equivalent 8-)

I just built my Megasquirt a few weeks ago and installed it running EDIS8 in my Landrover 90. Has been flawless so far. 8) I built an MS1 on a V3 board running MSExtra code, and plan to get it running fuel later this summer. The build manuals can be confusing as the docs don't seem to be totally up...

That looks like a standard non AC serp pulley to me (your chrome one) and the alternator should be 100A for non AC and 120A for AC,your original big pulley was underdriving the alternator probably in connection with the AC fitted,that smaller pulley should work just fine :D

You may be in trouble there,as all the TVR starters i have seen have usually got the manufacturers moniker plastered over the body( Bosch usually)you may find that you have a pattern unit fitted(plenty of these around now)this may or may not be a problem if you can get your unit repaired,may be wort...

I have used Wellseal over the years on core plugs with no issues(let the solvent go off before closing the joint) but know plenty of people who have used Hylomar too with the same results. :D

Hi dave,if its about 3/4 why not go to a friendly plumbing shop and ask if you can try some of there pipe bungs(they stock lots)you can then have a play on the counter to see if any fit this the hole :D 8-) got to be worth a go.

You have something wrong on the left hand bank possibly a Stromberg that is set to rich or faulty,this car as a exhaust balance pipe fitted but it is not enough to get both banks to blend perfectly into one at the tailpipe as far as CO is concerned,this engine should be quite happy to run a idle CO ...

Those o'rings are standard Bosch items(yes even on the Lucas gear)that plastic spacer is also a Bosch design early beemers used em on there FPR's :)
