If I were to start again, I would go straight for the Mclaren mk8f, body from TW moldings (original moulds) own chassis (drawings sat upstairs). I decided the "sensable" route was a part done project Mclaren mk 1c trouble was the thing had been cut about by somone who did not understand about acherm...

Hi happy new year to all,
have any of you tried "Fairy power sprey" this stuff is leathal (it burns patches on my lawn) but is is wicked at removing oil and engine gunge. Spray it over said parts and hit with a jet washer about an hour later.... as said above.
