The MGB trousers manifold is as rare as hens teeth for an original. I have seen a few home made ones on ebay which would do.
I have the Weber / offy 360 low profile manifold on mine with the 14" pancake filter. This clears a standard MGB bonnet. Only just though.

£80 for a rebuilt RV8 block. Had to go a few miles to pick it up. But I stuck all my old bits on it, bolted it into the car and spent a year ragging it at the Pod while testing the nitrous system. The bottles are all pretty much fire extinguishers. The popular ones are Luxfer aluminium cylinders. For filling at home you should just buy a NOS in line filter to fit in your filling line.
