Hi Perry, The ones i have had dealings with produce a voltage, a small one, when they vibrate. They do this because they contain peizo crystals that when vibrated or put under pressure produce a voltage. Wether you can get a circuit made up that act upon this voltage i not sure. Hi,

I run a 13 row cooler on my 4.6, thermostat take off between filter and housing using 5/8" hose, rather than the 1/2 inch you see in some kits, to ensure enough flow, made a difference on mime with hot oil pressure.

The hoses i made mysef using Aeroquip push fitting.

Hi Perry,

If you fill the block, how about running coolant just through the heads :?:
Water in and out via the coolant ports on the manifold :?: and a electric water pump.
Or run methanol, that stuff burns 'cool'

Hi Perry,

Not bad time for steam powered mate. The repair has held out well though.

Nearly drove up there myself but wondered what sort of turn out they get this time of the year.

Cheers John
