Generally out of the box they tend to overfuel and need leaning out.If you search these forums there's a few suggested known rod/jet combos that will get you close. Essentially you adjust the rod/jet combinations richer or leaner in the idle/cruise areas and the wide open power areas. You can get a ...

I think there's more than one option for aftermarket control of the hp24 - which is the path i would take as you can map the shift points and shift characteristics exactly how you want then.

My old man used to do all his "homers" during the day, he worked at ERA in dunstable - the foreman was always trying to catch him at it. He was welding a cylinder head up once and noticed footsteps coming round the bottom of the wall - so without stopping he swapped the cylinder head for something m...

I had Garrett T3's on mine ( Cossie type) and they were Goldilocks. T25's may limit the top end gas flow but lag will probably not be a problem. Which Cossie type mate, Two door Cossie ( T3-55) Saphir Cossie ( T3-60 ) Escort Cossie T3-4 or later Escort Cossie T25 ?? I'm running a pair of Genuine T3...

EDIS is not used here so is only on imported cars.

Garry
EDIS was fitted to many 4,6 and 8 cylinder cars of the late 90's - i'm sure there's an ozzy variant that used edis.

I get my leads made up by performance leads, who seem to have changed their name to FLA manufacturing. http://www.fla-manufacturing.com/products/index Originally had some made about 10 years ago and i've bought a new set from them last summer. They have the correct connectors for both types of edis ...

I did all mine myself, followed the video and pay attention to the spray pattern, all done in less than an hour :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rUUgR94drxg I would say that's more like testing them rather than cleaning them. I would want to know that they are all flowing the same, so I would get...
