I think you need more than 45a current, crank it up to 100a then work back if your'e melting through your job. (disclaimer - never used an inverter.. YMMV) You will find that once the tungsten is hot it will strike up much easier. From a cold start i lean the torch over so its almost parrallel with ...

It looks incredibly small. Is it up to the job as a pre-filter for the pump ?? Well I ordered a this one http://www.bsr-aerotek.com/store/product_info.php?cPath=2_258_244&products_id=3727 but the one in the photo turned up which is just a simple flat mesh filter, the mesh is similar to the one that...

Digital fuel gauge for odd shaped tanks

So I made a simple digital fuel gauge that is calibrated to the exact amount of fuel in the tank. http://www.mez.co.uk/dcam/preview/DSCF1494.JPG Easy and cheap to make - handy if...

I'm looking for one for myself at the moment to replace the one on my Camaro. To buy new from the states you are looking at about £700 plus postage. Waiting to hear from a guy in Sussex that may have some re-con boxes. Speak to Adrian at americanv8engines.co.uk - he has boxes for rebuild or Alders ...

Aran, if you look on Mez's site at http://www.mez.co.uk/ms1.html you'll see a 4-barrel throttle body that keeps the 'Holley' look. Cheers, Ian With those blowers, you must inject the fuel above the blower as the fuel cools and lubricates the blower - at least that's what holley told me when i enqui...
