I use an old Eezibleed Kit which I adapted. Connect to where the oil sensor goes. Fill with 20/50 and pressurise and wait for it to empty. If you then use your priming tool you will feel when it has oil pressure.

Have you checked the TPS and made sure its setup correctly and functions with no strange behaviour

Not sure where you find the resistor but I have written down add 510 ohm resistor between pin 34 and ground orange/black wire when doing my conversion

not sure if that helps

Thats because the ECU will pull to ground when triggered and until that happens you will see 12v on both sides of the relay coil

Try kiln dried sand as used for block paving. Thats what I use in blasting cabinet. Can get dusty
