Running a 10.5" McLeod street strip kit from RealSteel for years now. Sinter Organic full face for years on the Supercharged. Superb on the street. Just handles like a daily. Perfect on the strip.

Re: Recommend fuel pump
Skip the Facet, they do not deliver enough for the 4-barrel carb. Especialy when they are hot. Holley Red is what you need. Facet Red Top 40 usGPH free flow. @ 7psi thats about 10 usGPH Holley Red 97 usGPH free flow. At 7psi thats still 25usGPH Those Facet pumps wear out fast, especialy on long jour...

A bit unexpected but they don't santblast it, they just spray some silver rattlecan paint over the unprepped surface inside and out. Well that won't last long ill guess. I c...

Its not the tappets, you have probably some worn rockers. Easy to check. Remove them from the bar and look inside for their wear pattern.

Re: what waterpump is this
If you want to run the pump faster why not just have a smaller diameter pulley machined up for the P6 one you have? From memory the standard P6 pulley is about 8 or 9 inches diameter - that pump flange has plenty of scope to accommodate a smaller pulley. Cause there's a GT40 bulkhead in the way whi...

After cleanup..
I for sure like the small diameter pulley conversion which makes the pump spin faster.

Re: what waterpump is this
Its 3.25" from flange to engine mount. Figured its shorter as Buick 340 (that should be 4").
Its Leyland brand and it uses a Ford pulley.

Well Rhoads is what I like as I have several V8's running them. Its a personal choise.
Quad carbs aint complicated, the are like tripples on a V6 setup within minuts. Never had issues with multiple carbs that might be cause I am a biker runing multiple carbs daily
