Hi Iain, I have gone the stroker route, the capacity I have ended up with is 4733cc, I used the crank and rods from the S62 M5 engine, I have also used M5 cams, valves, valve springs, retainers etc, I have also raised the compression to 11:1.... I have also found some interesting stuff about the S62...

Hi, I out sourced the mount flanges, but made the mounts myself, the oil pump is an X5 pump that's lengthened by 98mm to move it back to the next main bearing, you need new shaft etc to be made and spacer parts then someone to weld it together.... They also made the flange for the sump, I then did t...

Hi Iain, I think the ITB's work ok, but depending on the application, if I were to lower the gearing strip out the interior and track it they would work well, but I just want it to be an easy car to cruise in and also to be mental road car as well, the ITB's have spoilt the low down grunt/drivabilit...

Hi, Not sure I have pics but I will check to make sure, the trumpets are made from 3 different pieces in the end, the bell from eBay, the bottom part made by my mate and some silicone, in the video the it only shows top and bottom parts taped together to run her up, you could just buy some trumpets ...

Hi Iain, This is indeed my car, there are M5 throttle bodies with unique trumpets, they are direct to head on the M5 engine, but the heads are very different, in fact the only thing they have in common is the port spacing, so I made adapter plates from 10mm thick alloy bar and some trick bolts..... ...
