Tremec quick shift

Been reading about a "ripshifter", a quick change shortshifter for monaro 6 speeds. Does anyone know if that would fit my TK500 5 speed? Any advice/ other options greatfully recieved chaps

Ta very much,I have a Sniper kit on a 427 SBC, and its all or nothing, a real handfull. I have been offered this (free!!) so thought I'll give it a try.?? thanks again,Bill.

tremec problem

Can anybody tell me the number of teeth on the speedo drive inside the 'box. Not the removable drive wheel, but the one that drives it. I need the number so speedy cables can sort my speedo out . Thanks in advance, Bill.[/i]

Kev, a lot of the southern F1 stock car boys use them, and they are knocking out the same sort of power. Plus I am only running 6" wheels/ 205 tyres so they should be the "weak link". Like I said, its only for fun, I'm not bothered about 12sec quarters etc.It will make a lovely noise, smoke 'em up o...
