They use them in a few models, there are a few scimitars with the complete IRS backend in them if you really wanted a project.

There will be a couple of the clifford systems that will do what you want along with other top end manufacturers but they aren't cheap. Arduino is always possible but you know that already. Can't think of anything specific but its pretty digital with make/break contacts. Working out where the window...

Look for something from the jags which use the same central axle. You will be able to upgrade to LSD as well if you wanted. It's far from being a straight swap through and takes a bit of work with shims and engineer's blue.

Can't help you with calculations but it's more often or not linked to what will fit. There is a big and a small filter for the v8, one is for the car and the big one is land-rover. Not sure it even matters much given how these things are ran these days. They aren't exactly ran for 20000 miles betwee...

http://www.v8forum.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=870 so yes it's a sherpa box. This day and age I would say any lt77 should be avoided. They are all ancient now and never were the strongest.

Did he not offer you an R380 box which is the replacement for the Lt and a better box still a direct swap though. They maybe aren't available now either. The LT is a really old box now and your looking for a barn find, back of someone's shed type deal.

Unless you pay photobucket money it wont work anymore. They changed their rules and forums all over the place have lost millions of pics. You will have to find somewhere else like one drive, google drive/photos or something like that. https://www.theverge.com/2017/7/4/15919224/photobucket-broken-ima...

Dropping the oil is an OK thing to do but might not tell you much and if its white you will see it on the dip stick and in the top of the heads anyway. If it comes out white you know you have a problem but if its ok doesn't mean you don't have a problem. It could be leaking into the bore via a crack...

Entirely up to you but I would be sending them back. These are supposed to be precision and they seem to be far from it. Hand fit bearings went out a long time ago and this has the potential to ruin your new build. Who is the manufacturer?

Check your conrods for being out of round. Pretty common and can be fixed by getting them recircled.
