probably the 1995- service engine ie police ldv,s and military engine if thats the case then it should have provisions for x bolting, like the later main caps and modified casting but not actually be x bolted.

you really are better off with an ls1, and there becoming really cheap too, ive just bought one complete with a 4l60 box for £1500 and procharger do the the bolt on supercharger kit conversion for these 550bhp at 7psi with no ecu mods

get a holley, red top should run fine with your set up i would think. facets are a nightmare because they they dont last five minutes,and there really noisy. ive been through two in the last year, and its no fun when your on the side of the road wacking the crap out of it to get it to work again
