I'd rather have a permanent almost maintenance free system to keep temps in check so I can just hop in, turn key and go, apart from pouring more go-go juice into the tank!

I'll avoid nitrous, for now

HP at the wheels will be divulged when you get it on a Dyno :)

When I took my Rover P6 to the dyno, I don't remember seeing whp, only the graph and bhp/torque numbers. I probably wasn't really paying attention, too busy grinning that it worked and made some respectable numbers!

To be honest as long as it's proper loud, holds me back in my seat and works I couldn't really care how much it makes

I've just got hold of a Frozen Boost charge cooler to use on a Tiv (also wanted to avoid a FMIC)... not installed yet so no experience of effectiveness but the one I plumped for has quite a following on big jetskis and is reputedly pretty efficient. Certainly well made - worth a squint at the website and they delivered easily/quickly. Loads of configurations/sizes and the given measurements are spot on. If you do go that route, also whistle up the hose tails from the site; they use a 1/2NPT thread that is not that common over here.
