All done on road tyres

Memo to self :

1) Drop clutch and hit the loud pedal quicker when the lights go green

2) Do not shut off when you see the finish and you're leading the car in the other lane (track habits die hard :( )

3) Get better tyres :D :D :D

Ian,
you are not racing the tree, best advice is go when you are ready,, the clock does not start until the beam is broken, so if all you want as relative times, be calm cool and collected,
If you want to race the tree, go on the bottom yellow, just before the green
THE SMOKING GNU

WHY are there so many IANS on this site???????

It was sad you could not make it to the Retro show as I could have done with some coaching

Seriously, it was the busiest I have ever been trying to watch the revcounter, change gear and stop the rear end from overtaking the front. That 13 odd seconds is over in a flash.

And then you want to do it again :D
