Ford Type 5 to Chevy V8

Hi Guys,

Been a while since I've been on here so I thought I'd make a reappearance. I've got a SBC that's being rebuilt, Pistons and Cam are en route from Summit so whilst that's out of my hands I thought I'd tackle the next problem on the list.

As I don't intend to drive the Capri daily I have decided to go for a Ford Type 5 4 Speed gearbox as from what I've heard on the grapevine they are a rugged old box and I just happen to have one. How am I to go about mating the 2 together?

Also if anyone knows which clutch/flywheel combo to use that'd be grand.

Engine is a later roller cam 305 Chevy.
