shock top mounts

Hi guys looking for your thoughts and ideas - i have got some gaz front struts to use on my car, the only thing is they are designed to fit an e36 bm and as i am putting them in a tube chassis my strut top mount bracket is a lot thinner than an e36. So what i am looking for is a bush of some description to go between the top spring perch and the top mount bracket. I had thought of either a poly bush or rubber, does anyone know of any suppliers for specific size bushes and whether rubber or poly would be my best bet?
