Hi I am new to the forum but just wanted to share this. I have just replaced a Holley 390 cfm vac secondary carb on my TVR with a new Quick Fuel Slayer 450 cfm with vac secondaries, I imported this from the states and was delivered duty paid for a total of £435.00 great value I thought.
The TVR 3000m It is fitted to a 3.5 V8 with a mild cam, headers good ignition system and a modified ported Rover inlet manifold.
Out of the box the carburettor is amazing, easy float adjustment glass sights, set up the idle mixture and fine adjusted the secondary opening point,
just a really great carburettor and I think easier to understand and tune than the Edlebrock. I would highly recommend one of these. If any one has any questions don't hesitate to ask
