1: No member may post in here with a post count less than 5.
This is to avoid promoters etc joining up and posting in this section to promote their event and not contribute no further with the forum topics etc.
2: Any one doing so will have there post removed,

any post that has not been posted in over a 100 day period is now removed with the auto prune function within the forum,
its keeps this area tidy and any old events now ended are removed.
