emmegas software and lead for fcs-133

does anyone know where to get the software and lead so i can adjust gas settings looked everywhere if i bought the ics-03 software and leads could i use them obvisously i would need to modify the lead fit connector plug on fcs-133 it looks like the old audio output on the old internal pc cdrom drives
