Can a rover v8 efi with twin turbos be lpg converted?

Yes, in a word. Use an injection LPG system, and if you have a piggyback ecu controling a 9th injector on the plenum inlet ( to assist with fuelling under boost), leave it operating on petrol as this helps a lot with valve seat temp issues.
