Tuning - next steps - 4.6 supercharged RV8

I have a 4.6 with standard bottom end 9.5:1 cr, top hat linered block.
Piper V846BP270 cam dur INL280° EXT268°
Procharger supercharger 'hybrid! (after the first one failed!)'
I've been slowly tuning and now runs well.
My latest log can be found here:

What do you think?
Very rich - 9:1 AFR at 6.5psi and 4470rpm, 61% duty cycle and spark at 26degs.
My AFT target was 12.2 at that boost and RPM - does this seem reasonable?
How about the timing - very conservative / ok / or too much?
Any thoughts welcome.
Tom.

I have looked at your log..& have lots of questions. I'd really like to see your msq file.
You seem to running lots of warm up correction weill into the 80 degs..and little changes in VE have large pulse width changes.

I have a S/C Griffith 500 running MS3. Happy to hrlp further if needed

Suggestions are:

In all tables when coolant temp in used, create even entries across the entire engine temp range..I.e. -15 to 105

Smooth your VE table. Autotune has made it look very spikey

WUE needs to be more linear

Tuning with 2 squirts is a lot easy than 4..

You do seem to have very big injectors for a 4.6. 440s would cause lots of flow. .2 squirts would help.

Hope that helps

Funny enough just changing the 440cc injectors in my supercharged 4.6 to 412cc inuectors

9.6 is mega mega rich, dont keep running it like that.

440's are not big by any stretch of the imagination, especially considering you are seeing 90% IDC ( although yes this is also insanely rich at the same time )

Get it tuned properly, running excessively rich can hurt the rings, and whilst it says 9.1, I'm presuming that is pegged at that, so could well be richer.

And yes, 12.2 at those low pressures shouldnt be a problem at all.

Timing, dont see any issues with such low boost, so dont see it as needing any more or less for now.

Also a cam with either same as intake or more exhaust duration would do no harm.
