Clutch arm off?

Hi

My clutch on my Dax Rush Rover 3.9EFi/LT77 is stuck in the fully extended(slave cylinder) position. I stuck a boroscope down there and here are some pics below. Could it be that the clutch release arm has come off? Has anybody else had this problem and how do I fix? Is there anything obvious in the photos I am missing?

I had another go with the boroscope today and it is not thrilling watching but only a few seconds:

I think I can safely rule out the pivot arm. The bearing looks like it's come off the carrier though?

I am pushed for time so thinking of professional help - anybody used K2 carriages in Hampshire? Any good?

I think the only item you can really get at without breaking the engine and gearbox apart is the slave cylinder......Good news is, unlike other LT77 parts, the clutch arm and all the associated parts a very very cheap..and easy to get hold of. I just paid £10 for an arm, the side lifters, the plastic cap and the staple...

There is a clip on the rear of the arm, it could be that has snapped...or of course it might have just popped off.

Metal lugs

After taking it to a garage to be split it turned out I hadn't installed the 'lugs' on the arm that spread the load on the bearing carrier. It lasted thousands of miles but eventually the plastic gave way. New pins/lugs and metal carrier. Fixed! Garage backed the car into a van, which was a shame!
