Chimaera BTR diff

Does anyone know if spares are available and where from? I guess the bearings are standard sizes, but what about the crown wheel and pinion? I have read on here that stuff is interchangeable with Jag parts; is that right? It's the BTR diff. No way I can afford a professional refurb, so it'll have to be a DIY job.
I have a whine coming from the back of my Chimaera at about 60mph. The tone changes if you turn slightly, which makes me hope it might just be a wheel bearing. Think that's just wishfull thinking though; I'm not lucky enough -- it's bound to be the diff.
